Formed in 1987 DuraBelt owns a state-of-the-art plant in Hilliard, Ohio USA. The plant was designed especially to manufacture urethane belting and other products for conveyors. DuraBelt has the production capacity to produce approximately 60,000 round belts per day. Our products are sold world wide and touch the life of virtually everyone. Most consumer goods, including food and mail, have a good chance of being conveyed at one time or another with belts made by DuraBelt. DuraBelt manufactures the following products:
1) Urethane belts with Super Strong welds warranted not to break with the World's Longest Belt Warranty (see details at www.durabelt.com). Elastomeric round (O-ring), Vee and flat belts that are typically used on live roller conveyors -- lineshaft and powered roller conveyors. Most of our belts are 100% virgin urethane (no regrind); many are food grade, and some are UV resistant. Our Long Life HT (High Tension) belts are used by post offices world wide.
2) Urethane belting in many profiles, durometers and colors, including orange belting, rough green belting, and hollow (tube) belting. Our Retro-Color process can color belts after we make them -- lets us provide more colors than any other company. Our color-coded belts prevent installation errors.
3) Harsh environment elastic belts: Patented elastic, low and high temperature belts (-40 to 230 degrees F). Acid, chemical, oil and water resistant belts, plus anti-slip groove sleeves that work in wet or dusty environments. Anti-Static belts, rated as the most static dissipative elastic belts. Lubricated Anti-Vibration belts for use on bare shaft conveyors. Metal detectable elastic belts for use in the food industry.
4) Tools: Belt splicing kits, grippers and heat wands. The patented Speedy Belt Installer(TM) that installs twisted belts in 25 seconds.
5) Conveyor Components: Lineshaft Spools, Split Spools and C-Clips. Conveyor roller spacer sleeves. Round, Vee and flat idler and drive pulleys (sheaves). Twin groove pulleys for pop-up diverters. Spool flanges that turn rollers into pulleys. Urethane springs for flat belt conveyor curves.
6) Contract belt welding using your urethane cord. We can weld 60,000 O-ring belts per day with our Super-Strong welds warranted not to break.
