T&H Lemont, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Inductotherm Group of Companies, is headquartered in Countryside, Illinois approximately 14 miles west of Downtown Chicago. T&H Lemont was formed by the consolidation of two pioneering companies serving the pipe and tube markets, Lemont Engineering and T&H Machine, Inc.
The combination of the two companies made T&H Lemont one of the largest suppliers of pipe and tube mills, components, tooling and specialty pipe and tube mill products in North America. T&H Lemont however is a truly global company with installations in over 30 countries. Products as diverse as tiny stainless steel hypodermic needles up to very large API Pipe are produced on T&H Lemont machinery.
The combined expertise of the two companies has allowed T&H Lemont to not only refine and improve existing products but to expand the product line. T&H Lemont has added such products as roll formers, seam orientation stands, accumulators and edge trim units. Further technologies offered include single point adjustment for driven stands as well as several quick change options for new and existing pipe and tube mills.
T&H Lemont is one of the few pipe and tube mill builders who can offer expertise related to pipe and tube mills as well as roll former design and the operational experience to install and start up manufacturing process lines. This capability adds an important dimension to meeting customer’s requirements for state of the art, efficient, economical welded pipe and tube production.
